Return Policy
If you have any complaints or are not satisfied with the product, you can return your order within 30 days if it meets the conditions found at the bottom of the page. After receiving the return, the purchase amount will be refunded to your account within 10 working days.
- Return period: 30 days from the date of delivery.
- Refund processing time: maximum 10 working days from receipt of the return.

We accept returns under the following circumstances:
- Order cancellation: You can cancel your order before it has been processed, this must be done within 30 minutes of purchase. Once processed, the order cannot be cancelled.
- Damage on receipt: If your product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will give you instructions on how to proceed with the return.
- Production error or defect after use: If you discover problems with the production or functionality of your product, please contact us. We will offer a suitable solution such as replacement or refund.
- Purchase regret: If you regret your purchase, you can return the product in its original condition within 30 days of delivery. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- Exchange: If you wish to exchange the product, please contact us. We will give you instructions on how to do this.
- Wrong product received: If you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a quick solution.
Start a return:
- Contact us: Send an e-mail to info@jessmarcy.com with your order number and the reason for the return. If necessary, include clear photos of any damage or problems.
- Suitable for return: Our customer service team will respond with instructions on how to return the product.
- Return with shipping: Send the product to the address provided. Make sure the product is well packed to avoid damage during transport. Make sure you include a Track & Trace code with the parcel. As the sender, you are responsible for the cost of the return and we don't want any misunderstandings. Send the Track & Trace code to info@jessmarcy.com so that your order can always be tracked by us. Failure to do so may invalidate the return!
- Inspection and processing: Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it for condition and reason for return. We will process the refund or exchange according to this procedure.
Important: Return shipping costs are always the responsibility of the consumer and will not be reimbursed by JessMarcy. As we ship directly through our supplier, our return address is also located in China. Please ensure that the return form you receive is properly filled in. If missing, a return cannot be processed and will therefore be rejected.
If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to use the product, we may pass on this depreciation of the product to you or not accept the return request. So please handle the product carefully and make sure it is properly packed when you return it.
After receiving the return, the purchase amount will be transferred to your bank account within 14 days.
